How do you get rid of scars on the computer game version of Fable: The Lost Chapters?

My character on Fable: The Lost Chapters has scars on him that I would like to get rid of but I don’t know how. Can someone please help.

You only get the scars as you get older.
They dont affect much, but
if you’re really desperate to get rid of them then:
1) Go to the Temple of Avo
2) Donate 48,000.
You will instantly lose 5-10 years
